Our Plan

We have developed a six step process to assist you:

A principal in the company will work with you throughout this process.

1. Analysis and Assessment

We first analyze all available financial and clinical data, surveys, focus groups and interviews with key people inside and outside your organization and develop an assessment of your organization's current needs and strengths.

2. Strategy

In the second step, we work with you to develop a strategy based on the initial analysis, and obtain support from all pertinent parties, including providers, when appropriate.

3. Plan of action

The developed strategy is set into a plan of action. We will design a detailed blueprint for you to follow for maximum results.

4. Implementation

Our operational and information system gives us the unique ability to ensure that you can carry out the plan of action. Working closely with you, we take these blueprints and make them into reality.

5. Reassessment

Following the implementation of the new strategy, we take a fresh look to ensure that it is achieving desired results.

6. Overview

We will give you a final overview of the entire project and if necessary, ideas with which to go forward.
